5 River Park, the first new building in this Brooklyn megaproject, has over 20,000 square feet of amenities for only 25 residences, ensuring that you will rarely be fighting for time at their immersive music room and performance stage. Or maybe building neighbor Norah Jones could stop by for a quick lesson. River Park, located near the waterfront in Cobble Hill, is also close to the Brooklyn Academy of Music and surrounded by live music venues.

The building is one of five components that make up the Fortis Property Group- developed project and is the first new construction to rise within the development. Other River Park components are a condo conversion of the Polhemus Building, a series of eight townhouses that will neighbor the Polhemus Building and be known as the Polhemus Townhouses; a 15-story condo building named 1 River Park with 48 units; and a 475-foot-tall building at 2 River Park that will be the tallest within the project.
